GameOfMages.com – this is a website using the Solana blockchain network, which allows users to own, transfer and trade non-interchangeable tokens (NFT), interchangeable tokens and other types of tokens (collectively referred to as “tokens”), which can then be visualized on a website with which the user can interact. Game of Mages Team (“GameOfMages”, “ Game Team ”, “Team”, “we” or “us”) makes the website accessible to you. However, before you start using the website, you will need to familiarize yourself with this User Agreement and any terms and conditions incorporated into this document by reference (collectively referred to as the “Terms”).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website. These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and any use on our website of tokens, except in cases where we have entered into a separate written agreement with you for this purpose. We are ready to grant you access to the website only if you accept all these conditions. By using the website, or any part of it, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with all these terms.

Any use of the website not in accordance with this User Agreement is expressly prohibited. The user hereby declares that he is an individual at least 18 (eighteen) years old, or is fully capable in accordance with the current legislation of the country of residence (residence), or has reached the age of majority in his country and fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this User Agreement. All consequences of non-fulfillment of this condition are borne by the user.

The Game Team and the user recognize the procedure and form of concluding this User Agreement as equivalent in legal force to an agreement concluded in writing. Unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this User Agreement is the first use by the user of the website located at the Internet address gameofmages.com.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this User Agreement, you have no right to access or use the website.

“Game of Mages”, as well as “Game” - an online game located on the website gameofmages.com, offering the user an atmosphere of a timeless magical world and designed for recreation of the user.

“Game of Mages Team”, as well as the “Game Team”, “we” is a non–profit community that develops the Game, maintains the Game's website and provides users with access to the website.

“User” means an individual aged at least 18 (eighteen) years, or a fully capable individual in accordance with the current legislation of the country of residence (residence), or an individual who has reached the age of majority in his country and fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this User Agreement.

“Website” is a software and hardware complex designed to organize the User's recreation.

1. The subject of this User Agreement is the provision of services by the Game Team for the User to access the website for the purpose of organizing the user's recreation.
2. Subject to the terms of this User Agreement, the Game Team agrees to provide services to the User, provided that the User has reached the age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction of his residence or residence, has legal capacity and is in his right mind, and the User is not a citizen and/ or resident (tax or otherwise) of the country where the distribution and / or provision of the products or services offered by the Game Team are contrary to local laws or regulations. The User is responsible for familiarizing himself with the requirements of any local laws and regulations and their compliance.
3. The Game is intended solely for the entertainment and recreation of the User. The User acknowledge that all activities in the game entertainment for him, are not related to entrepreneurial activity and profit from its implementation.
4. All game terms that match the terms used in real life refer exclusively to the elements of the game world. Any coincidence or similarity with the corresponding objects of the real world is accidental and unintentional.
5. Part of the gaming processes is related to the possibility of using tokens based on blockchain technology, which are additionally subject to the Disclaimer, which is an integral part of this User Agreement. The User confirms that he has carefully read and fully accepts the Disclaimer of Liability, and also guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions relating to the User, which are set out in the Disclaimer.

1. Not to use the game to perform any actions contrary to international law and the legislation of the User's country of residence.
2. Do not distribute materials that violate the requirements of current legislation, in particular containing threats and insults, discrediting other persons, violating the rights of citizens to privacy or public order, bearing the character of obscenity; violating to one degree or another the honor and dignity, rights and legally protected interests of other persons; promoting or containing calls to incite religious, racial or ethnic discord, containing attempts to incite hostility or calls for violence.
3. Do not use the errors of the game and website software, as well as immediately inform the Game Team about the errors of the game and website software that have become known to the User.
4. Do not use mailing lists and other types of messages to persons who have not expressed consent to receive them (spam) for any advertising (including advertising their referral links, as well as links to any resources that may contain advertising information or referral links).
5. Independently bear personal responsibility for conducting any of their transactions and operations in the game. The User's activity is carried out solely at his own risk and at his own discretion and will. The User is fully responsible to the tax authorities at the place of his residence in the event of extracting any income in the game.
6. Each User is the only authorized user of the corresponding account. The User has received the exclusive and non-transferable right to use and access the account and is responsible for ensuring that no third party, including, but not limited to, the next of kin and (or) members of his family, has access to the account.
7. Independently and regularly get acquainted with the news of the game, as well as with changes in this User Agreement and game documentation.
8. Pay for Internet access independently and at your own expense, as well as bear other expenses necessary to use the game.
9. This User Agreement is a personal agreement with the User, and the User does not have the right to assign or transfer any of his rights and obligations under this User Agreement to other persons.

1. Providing technical support for the hardware and software complex: keeping records of significant information, providing security measures and user identification, developing software used for the game and external applications in the volumes, priorities and deadlines determined by the Game Team.
2. To maintain confidentiality with respect to the User's personal data in the manner determined by this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
3. If necessary, make changes to the game scenario, develop and add new features and game scenarios.

Our Privacy Policy describes the ways in which we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, and is hereby incorporated by this link into this User Agreement. You consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. The User clearly understands and agrees that access and use of the website and the game is solely at his own risk and that the website and the game are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any guarantees, express or implied.
2. The User agrees that he is personally responsible for all actions performed in the game through his account.
3. The Game Team is not responsible for any content posted by the User and assumes no obligation to monitor, view and approve such content. The responsibility for the relevant actions is borne directly by the User himself.
4. The Game Team objects to receiving from the User in any form, verbal or written, any confidential or other information protected by proprietary rights.
5. The User must independently take care of the necessary computer and other security measures. The User must keep it confidential and not transfer authentication and authorization data to another person (password, session cookies, etc.) for his account. The User undertakes to prevent unauthorized access to the mailbox specified in the User profile and devices (cell phone, device for receiving one-time codes, etc.) that can be used to restore access to the account in the game. The User agrees that the entire risk of adverse consequences of violation of this provision is borne by the User himself.
6. The User agrees that the information security system of the game excludes the transfer of the User's authentication and authorization data (password, cookies, etc.), as well as the identification information of his account to third parties.
7. The Website may contain hyperlinks to other websites or resources (collectively referred to as “External Sites”) that are provided solely for the convenience of our users. We do not control any external sites. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of any external sites and that we do not endorse any advertising, products or other materials posted on or accessible from any external sites. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may be incurred as a result of the availability or unavailability of external sites, or as a result of any trust placed by you in the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or accessible from, any external sites.
8. The Game Team is not responsible to the User for the actions of other Users.
9. The Game Team is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the User's use or non-use of information about the game, the rules and is not responsible for losses or other harm caused to the User due to his unskilled actions and ignorance of the rules or as a result of User errors in calculations or forecasts.
10. The User agrees that he uses the website of his own free will and at his own free choice. The Game Team does not give the User any guarantee that he will benefit from participating in the Game.
11. Third-party tools and services may be required to carry out transactions using tokens. Some transactions that occur on the website are managed and confirmed using the Solana blockchain. You understand that your Solana public address will become publicly available whenever you make a transaction on the website.
12. The Game Team does not own or control the Solana network or any other third-party site, product or service that you may access, visit or use in order to enable you to use various features of the game. Any transactions in which you participate, in such cases, will be carried out exclusively through the Solana network. We will have no idea about these transactions or control them, and we do not have the ability to cancel any transactions. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any such third parties, as well as for any damage that you may suffer as a result of your transactions or any other interaction with any such third parties.
13. The Game Team does not bear the tax load for the User.
14. The User fully agrees that the Game Team cannot be held responsible for the User's losses that have arisen due to illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and databases of the project, or due to interruptions beyond the control of the Game Team, suspension or termination of communication channels used to interact with the User, as well as illegal or unjustified actions of third parties.
15. The Game Team does not guarantee permanent and continuous access to the site and its services in the event of technical problems and/or unforeseen circumstances, including: defective operation or non—functioning of Internet service providers, information servers, as well as illegal actions of third parties.
16. The Game Team will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the game, regardless of the causes of such failures. The Game Team does not guarantee that the software does not contain errors, and the hardware will not leave the operating parameters and will function smoothly.
17. The Game Team is not responsible for the incorrect functioning of the software of the website and the game. The User uses the software on an “AS IS” basis. If the Game Team determines that there was a failure (error) in the operation of the software, the results that took place during the incorrect operation of the software may be canceled or adjusted at the discretion of the Game Team. The User agrees not to appeal to the Game Team about the quality, quantity, order and timing of the opportunities and services of the website provided for him.
18. In case of disputes and disagreements about the game, the decision of the Game Team is final, and the User fully agrees with it.
19. The Game Team has the right to make changes to this User Agreement, Disclaimer of Liability, Privacy Policy and other documents unilaterally.
20. If changes are made to this User Agreement, such changes will take effect from the moment of publication of the new version of this User Agreement, unless another period for the entry into force of the changes is additionally determined at the time of its publication.
21. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes in the provisions of this User Agreement and is responsible for all negative consequences associated with non-compliance with this obligation.
22. If the User does not agree with the relevant changes, the User is obliged to stop using the website and the game. Otherwise, continued use by the User means that the User agrees to the terms of this User Agreement in the new version.
23. All disputes and disagreements arising out of or in connection with this User Agreement are subject to settlement by negotiation. The User's claim should be sent to the email address support@gameofmages.com. The deadline for responding to the submitted claim is 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes, disagreements and claims arising from this User Agreement are subject to resolution at the location of the respondent.

1. This User Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
2. Either party has the right to terminate this User Agreement unilaterally at any time. The User's deletion of the account means the termination of this User Agreement. Any User's expenses related to participation in the game, upon termination of the User Agreement, are not compensated to the User and are not refunded, and the obligations of the Game Team are considered fully fulfilled.
3. You agree that we, at our sole discretion and for any reason or without it, may terminate this User Agreement and suspend and/or terminate your account on the website. You agree that any suspension or termination of your access to the website and/or the game may be made without prior notice, and that we are not liable to you or any third party for any such suspension or termination.
4. If the Game Team terminates this User Agreement and deletes the account of the User who violated or participated in the violation of this User Agreement, the User is prohibited from re-registering in the game and creating new accounts.
5. Upon any termination of this User Agreement, the User may no longer have access to the information that you have posted on the website or that is associated with your account, and you acknowledge that we will have no obligation to store any such information in our databases or forward any such information to you or any third party.

1. There are no third-party beneficiaries in this User Agreement. The Parties are independent of each other, and nothing in this User Agreement creates any agency, partnership or joint venture. The wording in this User Agreement will be interpreted in accordance with its fair meaning, and not strictly in favor of or against any party.
2. You agree that we may provide you with notifications (including, but not limited to, those relating to changes to this User Agreement) by email or by posting on the website. By providing us with your email address, you consent to us using this email address to send you any notifications required by law.
3. If any provision of this User Agreement turns out to be invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision is considered separable from this User Agreement and there are no consequences for the force and effect of its other provisions.
4. By participating in the game, the User acknowledges that he has read, understood and fully accepts all the terms of this User Agreement, as well as the rules and other documents regulating the process posted by the Game Team in the documentation. The provisions of this User Agreement take precedence over other documents.
5. Disclaimer of Liability and Privacy Policy are integral parts of this User Agreement.
