To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, regulations and rules, any legal entity or individual that is part of the game ecosystem (“Ecosystem”, “We”, “Our”) is not liable for any indirect, incidental or other damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, loss of income or profit, as well as the loss of the possibility of use) arising in connection with this Disclaimer or any part thereof.

You agree and acknowledge that if you wish to purchase Tokens, then they should not be interpreted, classified or treated as: (a) a means of payment; (b) debt obligations, securities or shares issued by any individual or legal entity; ( c ) rights, options or derivatives in respect of such debentures, securities or shares; (d) shares of a business trust or collective investment; (e) derivatives of business trust units or any other securities or class of securities.
5. You fully understand and accept that you have no right to purchase Tokens if there is an interdiction on such operations in your jurisdiction. You should consult with your own legal, tax or other professional advisor regarding such an interdiction.
6. You have a basic understanding of the functionality, use, storage, transfer mechanisms and other essential characteristics of cryptocurrencies, blockchain-based software systems, cryptocurrency wallets or other related token storage mechanisms, blockchain technology and smart contracts.
7. You are fully aware and understand that if you want to purchase Tokens, there are risks associated with Tokens and/or the Ecosystem.
8. You clearly understand and agree that you access and use the website solely at your own risk and that the application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. You accept the inherent security risks associated with providing information and conducting online transactions over the Internet, and agree that we are not responsible for any breach of security, except in cases where it occurred due to our gross negligence.

You understand that we are not liable to you for any losses that you will incur as a result of your use of blockchain-based software systems, cryptocurrency wallets or other related token storage mechanisms, blockchain technology and smart contracts, including, but not limited to, any losses, damages or claims arising as a result of: (a) user error, such as forgotten passwords or misinterpreted smart contracts or other transactions; (b) server failure or data loss; ( c ) corrupted wallet files; (d) unauthorized access or actions of third parties, including, but not limited to, the use of viruses, phishing, bruteforce or other means of attacking the website, blockchain-based software systems, cryptocurrency wallets or other related token storage mechanisms.
11. Tokens are intangible digital assets that exist only thanks to a record of the owner stored on the blockchain. All transactions are registered in a decentralized registry (blockchain). To be clear, we do not control and do not make any guarantees or promises regarding the functionality of the blockchain and/or the execution of software contracts and/or transactions.
12. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for losses related to your use of blockchain-based software systems, cryptocurrency wallets or other related token storage mechanisms, blockchain technology and smart contracts, including, but not limited to, late notification by developers or representatives (or lack of a report at all) about any problems with the blockchain, including forks, problems with technical nodes or any other problems resulting in loss of funds.
13. We are not responsible for any damages related to your acceptance of this Disclaimer or any part thereof.

No information in this Disclaimer should be considered as business, legal, financial or tax advice regarding Tokens and/or the Ecosystem.

You should consult with your own legal, financial, tax, or other professional advisor regarding Tokens and/or the Ecosystem.

Potential buyers of Tokens should carefully consider and evaluate all risks and uncertainties associated with Tokens and/or the Ecosystem. If any of these risks and uncertainties are realized, they may significantly and adversely affect the Token and/or the Ecosystem. In such cases, you may lose all or part of the value of the Token.

This Disclaimer is an integral part of the User Agreement. In case of any inconsistencies between the User Agreement and this Disclaimer, the User Agreement shall prevail.
